SABIC and Sinopec announced the launch of a new polycarbonate production plant at their joint venture Sinopec SABIC Tianjin Petrochemical (SSTPC) in Tianjin, China. The plant has an annual designed capacity of 260 kT and will produce Lexan resin polycarbonate for the Greater China region.
