# Lianhe New Material and Huison China to build 300,000 t/y POE plant

Lianhe New Material (Lianhong Xinke) and Huison (China) Investment (Huison Zhongtou) formed a joint venture, Lianhong Huison (Jiangsu) New Material, to build a 300,000-tonne-per-year POE (polyolefin elastomer) project in two phases (100,000 t/y then 200,000 t/y) for photovoltaic film and toughening materials. The JV has registered capital of CNY 700 million; Lianhong contributes CNY 455 million (65%) and Huison CNY 245 million (35%).
