# Uniwater acquires Aquasvea and IBAB to expand water infrastructure portfolio

Nalka-backed Uniwater announced on 14 August 2023 the acquisition of two Swedish companies: Aquasvea, a supplier of water and treatment plants, and IBAB, a company focused on assembly and manufacturing of prefabricated pipe systems. Aquasvea reported combined revenues of SEK 116.1 million in FY22-04.
