Sunrise Material (Singapore) has signed an agreement with infrastructure company Dai Phong to invest in a 100 million USD high-tech polymer film manufacturing plant in Nam Dinh, Vietnam. The project is expected to have products after 15 months of construction, with annual imports of 200 million USD and exports of 500 million USD.
