# TALIS and Kc-Val form 60/40 valve joint venture TALIS Flow Control in Shanghai

TALIS, through its French subsidiary BAYARD SAS, signed a 60/40 joint venture agreement with China's Kc-Val to form TALIS Flow Control (Shanghai) Co. Ltd, which takes over Kc-Val's control valve production. It will be TALIS's first production facility outside Europe and Israel.
