# Tenaris awarded pipe supply contract for Sakarya gas field Phase II-A

Tenaris has been awarded a contract by Turkish Petroleum (TPAO) to supply 46,000 tons of 16-inch seamless pipes and services for Phase II-A of the Sakarya gas field development in the Black Sea. Production will start in September 2023 at Tenaris's Dalmine plant in Italy, with delivery by end of 2024.
