# SF Airlines and ST Engineering form JV for MRO hub at Ezhou

SF Airlines and ST Engineering formed a joint venture, ST Engineering Aerospace (Hubei) Aviation Services Company Limited, to build and operate a greenfield airframe MRO facility at Ezhou Airport, China. The JV has registered capital of CNY100 million (USD14.2 million), with ST Engineering holding 60% and SF Airlines 40%.
