# New production building for Ural Civil Aviation Plant in Titanium Valley

A new multi-purpose production building will be built in the Ukrus site of the Titanium Valley SEZ in Yekaterinburg for the Ural Civil Aviation Plant (UZGA), with a starting price of 1.16 billion rubles. The building will be used for serial production of LMS-901 Baikal and TVRS-44 Ladoga aircraft, with completion expected in 2024.
