Wanhua Chemical has partnered with France's Suez Environment and Shanghai Civil Engineering of CREC for a seawater desalination project at its Penglai Industrial Park. The first phase will produce 100,000 metric tons of desalinated water per day, with a planned total capacity of 300,000 tons per day.
