# STL and SK Geo Centric joint venture to build China's first EAA project

STL and SK Geo Centric have formed a joint venture, Sino Korean Kerui New Materials (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd., to construct and operate an EAA (ethylene acrylic polymer) project in Xuwei New Area, Lianyungang, Jiangsu Province, China. The project has a total investment of about 1.64 billion yuan and a production scale of 40,000 tons per year, with plans to be in production in 2025.
