# JIC Capital to take 20% stake in Hitachi Astemo, ownership restructured

Hitachi, Honda, JIC Capital and Hitachi Astemo agreed to change Hitachi Astemo's capital structure, with JIC Capital acquiring a 20% voting stake. Ownership will shift from Hitachi 66.6% and Honda 33.4% to Hitachi 40%, Honda 40%, and JIC Capital 20% in September 2023.
