# Menasha Packaging agrees to acquire Georgia-Pacific's Color-Box business

Menasha Packaging Company signed an agreement to acquire the assets of Color-Box, a corrugated packaging business unit of Georgia-Pacific with about 550 employees and plants in Indiana, Mississippi and California. Terms were not disclosed and closing is expected in early summer 2022.
