# Empower to provide district cooling to Dubai Maritime City with $122.5M investment

Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation (Empower) signed an agreement to provide district cooling services to 43 buildings at Dubai Maritime City. Empower will invest $122.5 million (AED 450 million) to set up two plants with a cooling capacity of over 63,000 RT, in two phases.
