# Kuraray completes isoprene derivatives plant in Thailand

Kuraray GC Advanced Materials completed construction of a new production facility for isoprene derivatives in Map Ta Phut, Rayong, Thailand. The plant has capacity for 16 ktpa of TPEs and 13 ktpa of polyamide 9T. Kuraray also built a separate 5 ktpa MPD plant adjacent. Total investment was Yen40 billion (€280 million).
