# Plastic Omnium and Shenergy Group form JV for hydrogen storage in China

Plastic Omnium and Shenergy Group subsidiary Rein announced a 50/50 joint venture based in Shanghai to manufacture Type III and IV high-pressure hydrogen storage systems for commercial vehicles in China. A pilot line is planned by 2025 and a mega-plant with 60,000-vessel annual capacity by 2026.
