Normet has agreed to acquire Rambooms Oy, a manufacturer of rock breaker boom systems, and Marakon Oy, a supplier of hydraulic hammers and excavator attachments, which together form the Marakon Group based in Lahti, Finland. The acquisition is expected to close in Q1 2023.
