# Hiab acquires Olsbergs to strengthen loader crane technology

Hiab, part of Cargotec, has agreed to acquire Swedish industrial group Olsbergs, a supplier of hydraulic valves and remote control systems for loader cranes. The closing takes place on 1 January 2023, and all 100 employees will join Hiab.
