# Swegon Group (Latour) acquires HC Groep

Investment AB Latour, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Swegon Group AB, has signed an agreement to acquire HC Groep, a Dutch indoor climate technology company with 386 employees and net sales of EUR 106 million in 2023. Closing is expected in August 2024, subject to competition clearance.
