# Changshu Zhenxin Microelectronics completes MEMS filter chip plant

Changshu Zhenxin Microelectronics Co., Ltd. held a line-opening ceremony for its MEMS filter chip R&D and production project on October 18. The first phase invested 800 million yuan ($111M) to build a bulk acoustic wave filter chip manufacturing and packaging line with annual capacity of 960 million chips.
