LyondellBasell and Genox Recycling have signed an MoU to establish a joint venture to build a plastics recycling plant in Zhaoqing, Guangdong Province, with a planned startup in 2023. The plant will use mechanical recycling to produce polymers for the Circulen Recover portfolio.
