The National Key Laboratory for Vacuum Drainage has begun construction in the Power Valley Independent Innovation Park in Zhuzhou High-tech Zone. It is part of a 300 million yuan vacuum drainage technology R&D and equipment manufacturing project by Beijing Guoke Lvyuan Environmental Technology and Hunan Zhenchuang Environmental Protection Technology.
