# Qinchuan Machine Tool to acquire minority stake in Qinchuan CNC and integrate smart manufacturing businesses

Qinchuan Machine Tool Group's board approved acquiring the remaining 16.5423% stake in subsidiary Xi'an Qinchuan CNC System Engineering to make it wholly owned, then using its net assets to increase capital in subsidiary Shaanxi Qinchuan Smart Machine Tool Research Institute, after which Qinchuan CNC will be dissolved.
