# Lanxess and Advent International to form engineering polymers JV with DSM

Lanxess and private equity firm Advent International announced the formation of a joint venture combining DSM Engineering Materials and Lanxess High Performance Materials. Calum MacLean was appointed CEO. The JV is expected to have sales of around €3 billion.
