Capchem, Nippon Shokubai and Toyota Tsusho have reached a joint venture agreement to invest in Hunan Fluopont New Materials Co., Ltd., a Capchem subsidiary, to expand LiFSI production capacity to over 10,000 MT/year. Capchem remains the controlling shareholder.
