# ICIG to acquire Benvic Compounds business from Investindustrial

International Chemical Investors Group (ICIG) has signed a binding put option to acquire the PVC compounds business of Benvic Group from Investindustrial. The business, Benvic Compounds, has annual sales of about €500 million. Closing is expected by end of 2022, subject to regulatory approvals.
