Bosch Rexroth and Weifu High Technology Group signed an agreement on August 1, 2022, to form a joint venture for developing, manufacturing, and selling mobile and industrial hydraulic products in China. The existing Le-HydrauliX subsidiary of Bosch Rexroth will be merged into the JV.
