# Bio-Rad to acquire Curiosity Diagnostics for up to $170M

Bio-Rad Laboratories agreed to acquire all shares of Curiosity Diagnostics from Scope Fluidics for up to $170 million, including $100 million in cash and up to $70 million in milestone payments. Curiosity Diagnostics is developing a rapid PCR system for molecular diagnostics.
