PolyMet Mining and Teck Resources agreed to form a 50:50 joint venture, NewRange Copper Nickel LLC, to develop PolyMet's NorthMet project and Teck's Mesaba deposit in Minnesota. Glencore will fund PolyMet's share of initial work program costs up to US$105 million.
