Chemtrade Logistics Income Fund and Kanto Group announced a joint venture, KPCT Advanced Chemicals LLC, to build a greenfield high-purity sulphuric acid plant in Casa Grande, Arizona, with an expected start-up in 2024. The plant will have an annual capacity of approximately 100,000 metric tons and cost between US$175 million and US$250 million.
