# Walsin Lihwa to acquire 70% stake in Cogne Acciai Speciali

Taiwanese group Walsin Lihwa Corporation has agreed to acquire a 70% stake in Cogne Acciai Speciali S.p.a., a global leader in stainless steel long products. The Marzorati family will retain the remaining stake. The closing is expected by 2022, subject to regulatory approvals.
