# Palfinger acquires remaining 35% stake in Guima Palfinger

Palfinger AG acquired the 35% minority interest in Guima Palfinger S.A.S. from Compagnie Générale Vincent S.A.S., giving Palfinger 100% ownership. The transaction is planned to close in May 2022 and supports Palfinger's Strategy 2030 and global Hooklift strategy.
