COSMOS ALUMINIUM A.E. and ETEM A.E. signed a memorandum of cooperation for the absorption merger of ETEM by COSMOS Aluminium, with VIOHALCO Group indirectly acquiring a minority stake in COSMOS Aluminium. The combined entity is expected to have turnover over EUR 300 million and production capacity over 70,000 tonnes.
