# Formycon acquires biosimilar assets from ATHOS KG in strategic partnership

Formycon AG and ATHOS KG have agreed to merge biosimilar development activities. Formycon will acquire 100% of rights in FYB202, the 50% stake in FYB201, and Bioeq GmbH for a cumulative consideration of approximately EUR 650 million. ATHOS will become the largest shareholder with about 26.6% of Formycon.
