Sri Lankan President Gotabaya Rajapaksa declared open the largest cement factory in the country, owned by Lanwa Sanstha Cement Corporation, in Hambantota's Mirijjawila Export Processing Zone. The facility can produce 4 million metric tons of cement per year.
