# Airbus to integrate German aerostructure units into new entity from July 2022

Airbus will integrate its own aerostructure units and Premium AEROTEC in Germany into a new unit (ASA) from July 1, 2022, following a long-term collective bargaining agreement with IG Metall that excludes redundancies until 2030.
