A consortium of Abengoa, SepcoIII and Sidem received the Project Taking Over Certificate for the 600,000 m3/day Rabigh 3 reverse osmosis desalination plant in Rabigh, Saudi Arabia, built for ACWA Power. The plant is now in full commercial operation supplying water to the Saudi Water Partnership Company.
