# Novanta and Guojia Medical Equipment to form joint venture for minimally invasive surgery

Novanta (Haitai Xinguang) and Guojia Medical Equipment (Guoyao Qixie) will set up a joint venture with registered capital of CNY 160 million. Novanta will contribute CNY 78.4 million for 49% and Guojia will contribute CNY 81.6 million for 51%. The venture will focus on medical endoscopes and minimally invasive surgical products.
