# ABB and HASCO form joint venture for smart auto parts manufacturing in China

ABB Robotics and HASCO, a leading Chinese automotive parts supplier, have signed a joint venture agreement (December 30, 2021) to drive smart manufacturing in China's auto industry. ABB will hold a 40% stake. The JV is expected to commence operation in Q2 2022.
