A consortium led by Coastoil Dynamic (CD), a joint venture of Coastal Contracts, signed a service agreement with Pemex Exploracion y Produccion to build the EMC Papan gas conditioning plant in Ixachi Field, Tierra Blanca, Veracruz, Mexico. The contract is valued at $1.08 billion and includes engineering, procurement, construction, operation and maintenance for 3,902 days.
