# Trelleborg finalizes acquisition of Alpha Engineered Composites' coated fabrics division

Trelleborg Group finalized the acquisition of a division of US-based Alpha Engineered Composites that produces polymer coated fabrics for niche applications. The division had annual sales of approximately SEK 90 million. The transaction was consolidated as of 30 December 2021.
