# American Industrial Partners to acquire majority of Ingersoll Rand's High Pressure Solutions segment

American Industrial Partners has signed an agreement to acquire a majority interest in Ingersoll Rand's High Pressure Solutions segment, a maker of high-pressure pumps, for approximately $300 million. Ingersoll Rand will keep a 45% equity stake and closing is expected in the first half of 2021.
