# Weichai Power acquires 49% of Fischer Fuel Cell Compressor AG and forms China joint venture

Weichai Power, through its Luxembourg subsidiary, acquired 49 per cent of Swiss firm Fischer Fuel Cell Compressor AG and set up a joint venture in China in which both will hold shares. The deal was announced on 25 March 2021.
