# BGRIM-UV joint venture acquires three cogeneration power plants in Thailand

Univenture BGP, a joint venture between B.Grimm Power and Univentures, agreed to acquire all shares in Eastern Cogeneration Company, indirectly holding stakes in PPTC and SSUT, which own three combined cycle cogeneration power plants with a total installed capacity of 360 MW. The acquisition is expected to complete within 2021.
