Ardex GmbH and Prism Cement formed a joint venture, Ardex Endura, to set up two plants in Bangalore and Durgapur, India, with an investment of Rs 40 crore. The plants will produce tile-fixing adhesives, flooring products, waterproofing and concrete repair materials.
