Rheinmetall secured multiple orders for electrically actuated bypass valves (Schubumluftventile) from China and Latin America, totaling over 13 million components and a high double-digit million euro value. A Chinese OEM ordered 6.5 million valves for production in Kunshan from 2024-2029; a Latin American OEM ordered 2 million valves for production in Neuss from 2024-2030; and an American turbocharger manufacturer ordered 1.5 million valves for production in Neuss from 2023.
