AdBri and Barro Group signed an agreement to acquire Metro Quarry Group's sand operations, including two quarries in Victoria with 50Mt of sand reserves. AdBri will pay US$21.6m to the joint venture. The deal is expected to close in November 2021. Announced on 6 October 2021.
