Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy SA inaugurated Taiwan's first nacelle assembly plant at the Port of Taichung on September 14, 2021. The plant is its first assembly facility for offshore nacelles outside Europe and will initially supply Orsted's Greater Changhua 1 & 2a offshore wind farms.
