Nippon Steel Metal Products and Kobelco Engineered Construction Materials have signed a final agreement to integrate their road-related businesses. The new company, Nippon Steel and Kobelco Metal Products Co., Ltd., will be 65% owned by Nippon Steel Metal Products and 35% by Kobe Steel, effective November 1, 2021.
