# Grand Pharma to acquire FastWave Medical for up to $72M

Grand Pharmaceutical Group (GP) announced it will acquire 100% of FastWave Medical Inc for up to $72 million, and invest up to $8 million to co-develop an intravascular shockwave calcification treatment system for arterial calcification. FastWave will become GP's wholly owned subsidiary and overseas R&D platform for precision interventional devices.
