# PTTGC acquires Allnex for €4 billion to enter coating resins business

PTT Global Chemical, through its subsidiary GC Inter B.V., agreed to acquire 100% of Allnex Holding GmbH and preferred shares in Allnex Holding Germany II GmbH for a total of €4,002.2 million (approx. THB 148,417 million). The deal was signed on July 10, 2021.
